How it works
A blend of five Bach flower essences in a brandy base, taken in moments of stress as part of a self-care routine. Not a licensed medicine.
How to take
Place 4 drops on the tongue or in a glass of water as needed. Do not exceed the dose suggested on the label.
Possible side effects
- Generally well tolerated; alcohol content may not suit everyone.
Important warnings
- Contains alcohol — not suitable for children, pregnancy, or those avoiding alcohol.
