1. Who we are

RestWell Pharmacy Ltd is a registered pharmacy in Great Britain (GPhC Pharmacy Reg. 9000000). Our Superintendent Pharmacist is Jane Doe MRPharmS (GPhC 2000000).

2. Eligibility

  • You must be aged 18 or over.
  • You must be a UK resident with a UK delivery address.
  • You must give honest, complete answers in your clinical consultation. Providing false information may result in refusal of supply and may be unlawful.

3. The service

We provide pharmacy-led consultations and, where clinically appropriate, supply of over-the-counter, Pharmacy (P) and Prescription Only Medicines (POM) following review by a GPhC-registered pharmacist or pharmacist independent prescriber.

Right to refuse supply. Our pharmacist may refuse to supply any medicine if it is not clinically appropriate, if there is a safety concern, if verification fails, or for any other clinical or legal reason. A full refund will be issued where treatment is not approved (see Refunds below).

4. Payment, fees and refunds

  • Payment is taken when you place your order.
  • If treatment is not approved by the pharmacist following clinical review, you will receive a full refund.
  • Once treatment has been approved, dispensed and confirmed by you, the order is non-refundable. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, dispensed medicines are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Consultation, prescriber and delivery fees are shown before checkout.

5. Delivery

Medicines are dispatched by our nominated couriers. The patient must be present at the delivery address — proof of delivery is recorded. For controlled drugs and other high-risk medicines, signed-for adult-only delivery is required.

6. Your responsibilities

  • Always read the patient information leaflet supplied with your medicine.
  • Store medicines as instructed and out of the reach of children.
  • Tell us about any new symptoms, side effects or changes to your health.
  • Report suspected adverse reactions via the MHRA Yellow Card scheme.

7. Complaints

If you are unhappy with any part of our service, please see our Complaints procedure.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
