How it works

Combines traditional herbal ingredients (valerian, hops and gentian) used over many years to ease the symptoms of mild stress.

How to take

Adults and adolescents over 12: one tablet three times a day. Not recommended for under-12s.

Possible side effects

  • Mild stomach upset
  • Headache

Important warnings

  • Avoid in pregnancy and breastfeeding unless advised.
  • Stop and speak to a pharmacist if symptoms worsen or persist beyond 2 weeks.

Storage

Store below 25°C in the original packaging. Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
