How it works
Capsicum-based heat patch delivers steady, targeted warmth to the affected area, helping to ease muscular aches and stiffness.
How to take
Apply one patch to clean, dry skin over the affected area. Leave in place for up to 8 hours. Do not use more than one patch in 24 hours.
Possible side effects
- Skin redness or warmth at the site of application
- Rarely: skin irritation or rash
Important warnings
- For external use only.
- Do not apply to broken, irritated or sensitive skin.
- Do not use with a heat pad or hot-water bottle.
- Not for children under 12.
Storage
Store at room temperature, away from direct heat.
